The cost is $10, which includes the Swing Social from 6pm-8pm!
Rhythm & Restore w/ Kim Stevens
Ease into movement and out of stress with Rhythm & Restore—a feel-good, low-impact class that blends light dance aerobics with calming stretch work. You’ll build gentle cardio and coordination through easy, rhythmic movement, then melt into restorative stretches that leave your body loose, your mind clear, and your energy lifted.
Class: Mondays from noon-1pm
